Overview

This position is responsible for all recruiting functions on a multi-state level.

Responsibilities

  • Screens qualified candidates for potential fit with Company culture and job requirements.
  • Functions both as a hunter and farmer role with recruiting efforts.
  • Quarterly job shadowing in the field with clinical personnel.
  • Always represents the Company culture.
  • Assists with the on-boarding process for all new hires.
  • Responsible for the proper entry, storage, security, and use of employee personal data.
  • Track resumes and interviews to assist with preparing employee statistic reports for government and Company reporting.
  • Proactively drives the recruitment process and works closely with all hiring managers to ensure goals are met effectively and timely.
  • Assists with completion of references, proper background checks and drug screens for all candidates.
  • Must be well versed in all benefits and travel policies and effectively represent to candidates.
  • Develops and maintains good recruiting relationships with management, agencies, and schools.
  • Responsible for placement and tracking of all temporary clinical employees.
  • Works to ensure compliance of Company, EEOC, all Federal and State government guidelines is maintained at all times.
  • Responsible for maintaining job postings and ads.
  • Provides feedback on salary surveys and ensures internal equity for current staff.
  • Attends career fairs to market and support recruiting efforts and foster relationships.
  • Proactively build relationships with schools and colleges to support recruiting efforts.
  • Assist with the maintenance of job descriptions.
  • 10% travel required.
  • Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
  • Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related Business field preferred.
  • Proven track record of 3 years healthcare recruitment success preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment process.
  • Self-motivated with strong desire to excel and achieve results.
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft products, direct search process, internet job boards and internet recruiting.
  • Positive, upbeat phone voice.
  • Strong sense of urgency and able to practice a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, including knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and rules of composition.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of management and other team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize and multitask.
