- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related Business field preferred.
- Proven track record of 3 years healthcare recruitment success preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment process.
- Self-motivated with strong desire to excel and achieve results.
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft products, direct search process, internet job boards and internet recruiting.
- Positive, upbeat phone voice.
- Strong sense of urgency and able to practice a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, including knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and rules of composition.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of management and other team members.
- Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize and multitask.
