Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Works proactively to build relationships with healthcare providers via cold calling and sourcing
  • Represents recruiting opportunity to providers with a business-to-business mentality.
  • Attend tradeshows/conferences and visit schools to assist with recruiting efforts.
  • Goal/Metrics oriented mindset with a self motivating mentality.
  • Proactively drives the recruitment process and works closely with leadership to ensure goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Screens qualified candidates for potential fit with Company culture and job requirements.
  • Functions both as a "hunter" and "farmer" role with recruiting efforts.
  • Develops and maintains recruiting relationships with schools’ career placement programs that yield qualified providers.
  • Expands and maintains professional relationships with providers in assigned market.
  • Always represents the Company culture and core values.
  • Updates and maintains recruiting tools/systems on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct business in a professional, ethical and honest manner always.
  • Follow up to ensure prospective providers are informed of organizational opportunities.
  • Answer any questions from prospects in a timely manner.
  • Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned
  • Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.
  • Ensures that the activities of operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall Company protocol and are in compliance with Federal, State and payer regulations, guidelines and requirements.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
  • Works to ensure compliance of Company, EEOC, all Federal and State government guidelines are always maintained.
  • To work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager.
  • Travel 15-20% to attend trade shows, conferences and team meetings as required.  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven Track record of 3+ years in a healthcare recruitment environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and computer skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment process.
  • Self-motivated with strong desire to excel and achieve results.
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft products, direct search process, internet job boards and internet recruiting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, upbeat phone voice.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently
  • Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize and multitask.
  • Sensitive to deadlines and completed reporting in a timely manner.
  • Must be goal oriented and have a passion to help others.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to problem solve, multi-task.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS preferred.
