Overview

This position is a generalist role that supports all Human Resources functions.  They will assist with providing great internal customer support, driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of the on-boarding and hiring process for all new hires, including drafting new hire offer letters.
  • Supports recruiters and management with pre-employment process.
  • Responsible for the proper entry, storage, security, and use of employee personal data: including personnel transactions such as hiring, promotions, performance reviews and transfers.
  • Tracks, maintains, and manages, birthday/anniversary celebration process monthly.
  • Assist with HR required reporting (E-Verify, New Hires, EEO).
  • Provides administrative support for quarterly board meetings.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of employees and management.
  • Assist with credentialing and compliance reporting and tracking system.
  • Maintains organizational charts.
  • Responsible for celebration and employee activities.
  • Prepares new hire electronic document and ensure current, correct information is maintained.
  • Ensures all filing is up to date for department.
  • Daily monitor and assistance of Human Resource emails and forward to management when required.
  • Completes data entry for all new hires, changes and terminations into ADP system in a timely fashion to avoid payroll delays.
  • Works to ensure compliance of company, EEOC, and all government guidelines is maintained at all times.
  • Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
  • Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Strong urgency and able to practice a high level of confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and with management and other team members.
  • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Anticipate needs in a proactive manner to increase satisfaction.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify any bonus/commission structure prospectively at any time for any reason. A bonus/commission is not considered earned until it is paid, and the employee remains with the Company at the time of payment
