Overview

The person in this role is responsible for managing all aspects of the post-sale relations between 360Care and the contracted long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manages communication with facility contact, territory marketers, and other management.
  • Managing duties performed by the dental/ancillary coordinators assigned to the territories (i.e., planning and coordination of facility clinical visit schedules, etc.).
  • Editing and distributing schedule created by the dental/ancillary coordinators.
  • Responsible for managing direct reports.
  • Responsible for territory logistics including supply ordering and inventory management.
  • Submitting credentialing information to facilities for providers.
  • A high level of personal productivity.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
  • Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting suspected violations of law and Company policy.
  • Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.
  • To work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager.  

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience required
  • Electronic Medical Records experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations and/or scheduling required
  • Front or back office medical/dental experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be self-directed and able to meet deadlines.
